The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
The franchiser agrees that funds held in trust for advertising will be use wholly for the benefit f the entire franchise network. Any promotion or advertising on the national or regional level paid for from trust will be for the purpose of all franchisee not for the benefit of individual franchisees or franchisees.
